As an organization, we believe in the value of continuing education. We seek to encourage longevity through offering staff the opportunity for ongoing training experiences. All staff receive training in Customer Service Excellence, Pain Management Techniques, CPR certification, OSHA training, etc. Chairside staff are X-ray certified, Nitrous Oxide Administration certified, receive advanced training in the placement of restorations, etc. Our business staff receive ongoing training in Business and Communications Skills. We are active with the Pikes Peak Community College Dental Assistant Training Program serving as guest lecturers and as an internship location for students. We seek to constantly improve our customer service and patient care delivery standards.
