In these times of economic challenges we strive to make your dental care as affordable as possible. We believe that patients should be able to get the dental care they need and deserve and feel good about their financial responsibilities. To help keep our fees as low as possible, we ask for payment in full on the day of your treatment.
The all-inclusive fee schedule listed below includes exam, necessary x-rays, review of diagnostic findings with the doctor, the needed procedure, any necessary medications as well as doctor check appointments following the procedure. Any permanent filling or restoration (crown, core buildup, etc.) required after endodontic therapy will be completed by your general dentist. If you or your general dentist specifically requests that we place a permanent filling, there will be an additional fee. Before beginning treatment, we will discuss your case with you in detail and answer any questions you may have.
For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, VISA, MasterCard and Discover. We also offer CareCredit, a dental charge card, which you can apply for at the time of your visit. You can also apply for CareCredit online by going to www.carecredit.com. If you have unusual circumstances or would like to discuss financial arrangements please speak to our Financial Coordinator or Business Manager PRIOR to your endodontic or implant treatment. We would be happy to arrange an affordable dental payment plan.

We strive to help our patients maximize their dental plan benefits. We do accept assignment of benefits from most dental plans. Of course there are some exceptions so if you would like additional information please feel free to call or ask us.
While dental plans offer assistance, they rarely cover the entire fee. Please be aware that each dental plan independently determines their maximum fee allowances for each type of service based upon the policy purchased by the employer group. And, since treatment is rendered to you, the patient, and not your dental plan, you are ultimately responsible for the account.
Since it is virtually impossible for our staff to be knowledgeable about every dental plan, we recommend to patients that they collect as much information about their dental benefits as possible. This may include such information as in/out of network benefits, deductibles, yearly maximums, any exclusions or waiting periods, etc.
To minimize your out-of-pocket expense at the time of your visit, we will submit for direct payment of your dental plan benefits. We ask patients with dental benefits to take care of an estimated percentage minimum down payment plus deductible, if applicable, at the time of service. Upon receipt of your company's plan payment, we will refund any credit or bill the balance to you.
